Shipping Time:

Orders are usually processed and shipped in 1-7 days.
Please note that personalised items will take longer to process. (2-10 days) Also, if any particular ring/chain/bracelet size is not ready in stock, it may take some days to customise that particular size. We will inform you in advance.
Delivery time: Once an order is dispatched, it generally gets delivered within 2-7 business days. We’re not responsible for unusual and unforseen circumstances but we will try our best to resolve the issues.
Any dispute with respect to delivery (Marked as delivered but not received, Missing item in packet, incorrect items, empty packet) should be brought to our knowledge within 48 hours of delivery via Whatsapp message on 9529035619. Post 48 hours the parcel will be assumed to be received by the rightful owner and no further dispute for the above mentioned cases shall be entertained. The decision by CHANDI100TAKKA in this regards will be deemed as final.

Shipping charges: We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 1499. For order below that, Shipping charges are Rs. 100/-.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping on international orders and returns.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

Logistics partner: We ship through DTDC, Trackon , Tirupati, Sky king, The professional courier, Indian speed post (in case courier service in not available at your address).

For International shipments, the shipping will be chargeable and rates vary depending on the country (generally between ₹ 900 to ₹ 3000). The respective rates will be communicated while placing order for the same. Please contact on +91 9529035619 before placing orders to be delivered on international addresses.

All domestic orders are tax paid and no additional tax is to be paid by the customer. However, for International orders, CHANDI100TAKKA will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (import duties, brokerages, tariffs, taxes, etc.).
