- We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by call/ Whatsapp on +91 9529035619 within 2 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order. (DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR ORDER ID). If there is a size issue in case of rings or other jewellery item, It can be exchanged on customers cost. Both way shipping will be born by customer. He/she needs to send our original product back to us and we will ship another product only after receiving our original product and verifying the original product. You need to contact on whatsapp 9529035619 to initiate an exchange or return. Kindly note that only the amount of product is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, shipping charges, custom duty etc are non refundable. Refund will be credited to the source of payment only.
- Personalised items will not be exchanged in any case.
- No damage in transit claim will be entertained without a clear unboxing video. We should be informed about damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Whatsapp +91 9529035619. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort. Cancellation will be accepted at the discretion of CHANDI100TAKKA. If any customization order has been started, we can refuse cancellation.
