No, Currently we don’t offer COD facility. You need to make advance payment through Gpay/Phonepe/Paytm/Bank transfer/UPI QR code etc.

Here are some points:

• No damage in transit claim will be entertained without a clear unboxing video.
• If there is a size issue in case of rings or other jewellery item, It can be exchanged on customers cost. Both way shipping will be born by customer. He/she needs to send our original product back to us and we will ship another product only after receiving our original product. You need to contact on whatsapp 9529035619 to initiate an exchange.
• No returns accepted except any manufacturing defect. (The defect should be brought to our knowledge within 24 hours of receipt of product.)
